The product

    One operator. Six capabilities.

LaunchSurface is not a bundle of tools. It is one agent that finds your prospects and brings them in, and each capability is a part of how it does that.

    What is LaunchSurface?

LaunchSurface is an autonomous go-to-market operator for solo founders and small teams. You give it your product URL. It drafts your ideal customer (Strategy), watches public sources for buying signals (Signals), and runs outreach cycles on its own (Operator): picking prospects, writing email sequences, sending from your own mailbox and reading the replies. Every prospect and action is recorded (Pipeline), and visits from your emails are attributed without cookies (Beacon). A second loop, in beta, measures how AI assistants recommend you and drafts the fixes, publishing approved posts to a blog on your own domain (Radar). It is one product, with one subscription per venture, from $49 a month.

    ~0.8¢
Central measured cost of one outreach email: contact enrichment spread over a sequence of about 3.5 emails, plus under a cent of model cost. The planning figure is 1.5¢ and the stress case 2.5¢.

    How they connect

How does one cycle move through the system?

    1. [01]Strategy drafts your ideal customer from your URL and compiles it into search criteria.
    2. [02]Signals collects dated, public buying signals and scores them against that profile.
    3. [03]Operator runs cycles on its own: ranks prospects, writes sequences, sends from your mailbox, reads replies.
    4. [04]Pipeline records every prospect, its stage and every action taken on it.
    5. [05]Beacon ties visits from your emails back to the prospect, and raises their heat for Operator's next cycle.
    6. [06]Radar measures how AI assistants recommend you and hands the gaps to Operator as drafts you approve.
    FAQ

    The details, answered.

Are Operator, Signals and Radar separate products?

No. They are capabilities of one product, sold as one subscription per venture. Plans differ in allowances, such as sends, Beacon events, tracked prompts and how often signals refresh. Radar is the exception while it is in beta: it is switched on account by account.

What do I need to start?

Your product URL. LaunchSurface drafts your ideal customer and shows you real prospects during onboarding. To send, you connect a mailbox (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP), and outreach goes out under your own name.

How much of it runs without me?

As much as you allow. Operator schedules and runs its own cycles within the spend caps you set. Draft approval, ICP refinements, targeting changes and Radar posts can all wait for your sign-off, and several of them do by default.

    Is Radar included?

Radar is in beta. While it is, it is switched on account by account. Each plan carries a Radar tracked-prompt allowance, shown on the pricing page, that applies once it is on.
