What we build
LaunchSurface is an autonomous go-to-market operator. You point it at a product URL and it researches the market, forms an ideal-customer profile, finds real prospects from live buying-intent signals, writes and sends personalized outbound from your own mailbox, reads the replies, and adjusts what it does next.
The distinction that matters to us is autonomy. An AI SDR assistant drafts and waits. A sequencer sends what you loaded into it. Operator owns four loops end to end, targeting, outreach, learning, and decisioning, and only stops to ask when a decision genuinely belongs to you.
Who it is for
Solo founders and small teams who have shipped something real and have no one whose job is selling it. That is the gap we build for: the product exists, the market exists, and there is no full-time go-to-market function to connect them.
It suits consultants and agencies for the same reason. One person can run disciplined outbound for several clients at once when the research, targeting, and follow-up are handled.
How we work
Deliverability is a first-class constraint, not a setting. Outbound goes from a mailbox you own and authenticate, with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in place, sends paced against a warmup schedule, and inbox health checks that flag a mailbox when bounces or complaints cross a threshold. A burned sending domain costs more than any campaign is worth.
We would rather send fewer, better-targeted messages than more of them. Targeting runs off observable triggers — hiring, launches, filings, news, engagement — so there is a reason behind each message rather than a list purchase.
Every cycle Operator runs is traceable. You can see which signal surfaced a prospect, why it was judged a fit, what was sent, and what came back.

LaunchSurface is operated from the United States and serves customers worldwide. The platform runs on edge infrastructure so research and execution stay close to the people using it.
