    Reading your pipeline

    3 min read

Track every prospect from first signal to first reply.

    The stages

Your pipeline organizes every prospect into a few clear stages. New means the prospect has been sourced but not yet contacted. Contacted means outreach has gone out. Replied means they have written back. Won means the relationship has converted into the outcome you were after.

Reading left to right, the pipeline tells the story of each prospect's journey, from the moment they entered to wherever they are now.

    What each stage tells you

New is your supply. A healthy flow here means the operator is finding fresh prospects worth reaching. Contacted shows reach, the volume of conversations the operator has opened on your behalf. Replied is the signal that matters most, because a reply is the first real sign of interest.

Won is the destination. Watching prospects move into Won over time is the clearest measure that the whole motion is working.

    Spotting momentum

Momentum shows up as movement between stages, not as a single number. A steady stream from contacted into replied means your targeting and messaging are connecting. If prospects pile up in one stage, that is where to look first, and often where a steer can help.

    Where replies surface

Replies surface against the prospect they came from, so you always see a response in the context of the conversation that prompted it. Open the prospect to read the thread and decide what happens next.

You can see the full board any time on your pipeline page.
